The island of Kalimantan,the natives called the Dayak is one of the largest in the archipelago.In the southern region is the southeastern part of the island there are the traditional areas of Banjar.
In the history of south Kalimantan,long before of emergence of Banjarmasin city as the capital of Banjar kingdom have stood a country's ethnic Dayaks Maanyan named Nan Sarunai.Nan Sarunai Kingdom now located in the area Amuntai(catagorized as a primitive state).
